MEDI RESPONSE

Medi Response are always ready to assist with any cut, scrape or any other emergency. Their team is on-standby from Monday to Friday, and on-site over the weekends.

GUIDELINES OF SAFE CYCLING

  1. Always wear your helmet. NO HELMET, NO RIDE.
  2. You must wear fully enclosed footwear.
  3. We recommend you wear protective eyewear.
  4. Always enter and exit the venue through the main reception area.
  5. Bikes must be in safe working condition.
  6. Obey all signs, warnings and directional signage.
  7. Familiarise yourself with the IMBA trail grading system before riding any of the trails
  8. Ride according to your skill level.
  9. Before you ride any of the trails or tracks, complete an indemnity at reception.
  10. Access all tracks and trails through the correct entrance and exit gantries.
  11. Single tracks are all one-way trails.
  12. Perimeter roads are all two-way trails, always keep left and look out for oncoming cyclists and runners.
  13. Do not climb over barriers, fences or cross between trails.
  14. Always adhere to age limits for tracks or trails.
  15. Never place objects on the trails that damage or block the trail including wooden logs, stones, or other foreign objects.
  16. Don't stop where you could obstruct or not be visible to other riders, move to the side or stop once you reach a perimeter road.
  17. Don't throw litter or other items in the park, or damage and, or remove plants, trees or flowers from the natural wetland environment.
  18. Do not move an injured rider or runner, notify reception immediately and medical personnel will be sent to assist the injured person.
  19. Do not ride, run or use any of the venue activities, tracks or trails if impaired by alcohol, medication, or any other substance.
  20. Please ensure that you are medically fit before riding a bike or partaking in any exercise in the Cycle Lab Bike Park.
  21. When riding in low or no light conditions, it is your responsibility to have sufficient lighting to navigate the track and trails and be visible to other venue users.
  22. Always report any problems you observe on the trails or unruly behaviour of other guests to the venue reception.
  23. When the lightning siren sounds, please make your way to the clubhouse immediately. DO NOT CONTINUE RIDING UNLESS YOU ARE VACATING TRAILS.
  24. No smoking in the venue. Smoking is only permitted in the car park.
  25. As a Cycle Lab Bike Park Fan, I acknowledge that I will take responsibility for myself and any accompanying younger fans under my care.
  26. NO UNDER 18 ALLOWED ON THE TRAILS UNLESS SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT.
